Question about Dell OptiPlex GX260 PC Desktop
There is a service tag number on every Dell ever sold. It usually is a white label with a bar code on it. For example, my old Dell 150 has a service tag code of BTVBX01. Any 0 you see is a zero not the letter "O". Newer models like yours also included an Express Service code which is entirely numerical. It provides the same function of identifying your computer. Find either one and then go to Dell Support online and you should be able to accurately identify your system and find the correct driver.
If you like, I would be glad to take your service tag and find the information for you. I worked for Dell nearly 5 years and I can help you.
