Open the internet, click on tools at the top left side of your screen then slide down to internet options and click on it. Click on the last tab choice at the top to the right and then scroll the choices until you see Java and make sure its enabled. Save and exit.

Check if your LAN card is enable:
Go to Start and click on Control Panel.
