Problem for Jura Capresso Impressa S8 Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine
Won't complete filter replacement cycle

I replaced the water filter as per the instructions (I've done this a dozen times before) and now the machine won't complete the cycle of circulating water through the filter and out the steam port.
It's as if it can't prime the pump. I've even tried putting back to old filter in case the new one is defective but to no avail.
Any ideas?
