If you turn your keyboard upside down and tap it gently on the back something lodges in the key board may be the problem. Slide a tooth pick 0r something safe into the slots between the spacer bar to see if it's clear. All else fails here instruction on taking the cover off the keyboard to check inside, etc. Be careful with the ribbon and p-arts inside. There is not so much that could be done to repair a keyboard. Disassemble the laptop, check the ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard. If the ribbon cable is loose, tighten it. If it is tight, replace the keyboard with a new one.
