Question about GE GSS20IEPWW / GSS20IEPCC Side by Side Refrigerator
Model number gss20ietabb. water keeps coming out of dispenser even with no pressure on dispenser arm..
If you can pull on the lever to make water flow stop, chances are there is a mineral buildup inside the valve, or the seat in the valve has failed. Either way, the valve normally needs to be replaced as they are not usually serviceable. Leave the Model number of the refrigerator so that I can check what to replace.

Hello - Are you referring to the spray arms will not rotate? If so, do you noticed if the spray arm is cracked or broken? Will it rotate slowly? If so, you might have to remove and replace the spray arm assemblies. I will suggest verifying that there is enough water pressure coming into the unit. If any proves to be ineffective, it could possibly have a communication problem coming from the main control board or wiring connections to the dispenser, I would suggest contacting a professional technician to diagnose the unit accurately.

Then I would assume that the micro switch that you press
for water is defective and sticking. I am placing a=> 242100001 Dispenser
Module to give you an idea to what I am talking about but if you have a model
number for your Electrolux refrigerator I may could find a micro-switch that is
replaceable, Thanks Sea Breeze
