Purchased 2 sansa mp3 players for our kids. We have lots of music on i-tunes and would like to get this music into our new sansa devices. I have not figured out how to get the music from itunes to the sansa.
Ok plug up your sansa and open up it contents from its file in my computer,
then go to your library in i tunes and try to click and drag the files from your libray in i tunes to the sansa file it should work but if it doesnt then you have to go to your music file on your computer
and place the file from your i tunes in there and tranfer them to your sansa from there
HOPE ALL GOES WELL FOR YOU

Loading Music You can transfer music from your computer to the Sansa® MP3 player using the drag-and-drop method or using music management software like Windows Media Player. Drag and Drop (Windows) Follow these steps to drag-and-drop music to your Sansa® Clip+ MP3 player: 1. Connect your Sansa® Clip+ player to your PC. 2. Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial connection or by going to My Computer. 3. Double-click on the Sansa Clip+ MP3 player. 4. Double-click on Internal Memory. 5. Double-click on the Music folder. 6. Drag and drop music files from your computer to the Sansa® MP3 player’s Music folder. You can also drag and drop files to a microSD™ card inside your player by going to My Computer > Sansa Clip+ > External uSD Card.
Your problem is probably a matter of the different storage methods the player uses. Songs transferred via MTP (google it if it doesnt make sense) usually dont show up in the music folder, and the same goes the other way around for songs transferred to the player as a regular usb storage device.
I use Windows Media Player v. 11 (free software) with Windows XP transferred via the USB cable. This program will use the "sync" settings to add the music on your computer to the player. But, if the music is not in the MP3 or other compatible format for the player, then the WMP program will have to convert it first, which can take quite a few minutes if you have a lot of music.
You could try opening the folder(s) with your saved music and highlight all the ones you want to transfer to your mp3 player and then right click on one of the highlighted files, left click on Copy, then go to My Computer > Sansa e250 mp3 player should be listed in there, double click on it, then right click in a open white area and left click Paste. It should copy the music right to your player. You could also try using Rhapsody and import your music into it. I use Rhapsody for transferring music to my e250 Sansa mp3 player.
If you want to delete a certain tune do the following:
1. Connect it to the coputer.
2. Click on "My computer"
3. Click on the Sansa icon
4. Browse the folders and delete the files you don't want.
If you want to delete the entire disk
1. Connect it to the computer.
2. Click on "My computer"
3. Right Click on the sansa
4. Click on Format.
Let me know if it helped.
