Question about Mitsubishi WD-52525 52" Rear Projection HDTV
TV wont turn on yellow light blinking.
Tour air filter cover door is either not tight, or off, or the small switch behind it is bad. it is on the side opposite the ac plug.

SOURCE: yellow status light
It is doing this because the filter cover on the side of the tv has come loose, or the microswitch that senses the cover has gone bad. It is at the bottom right corner of the filter cover.

Check that the lamp door is closed all the way. There is a saftey switch that closes from the door being on all the way. If not the status light will keep blinking. There is also a switch on the air filter door.
