To solve your problem perform the steps given below:
goto Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall > General tab - Make sure the firewall is switched on and "Don't allow exceptions" is unchecked. > Exceptions tab - Find the Firefox/Thunderbird/Mozilla Suite entry and delete it.> Check the box next to "Display a notification when Windows Firewall blocks a program".> Click "OK" to exit the Windows Firewall window.
for cookies error perform these steps:
Open Tools -> Options
-> Privacy and make sure "Accept cookies from sites" is checked and
that the site you're trying to access isn't listed under "Exceptions".
and download process explorer.
Start it, and use the 'target' icon (to the right of the binoculars)
and 'drag' the icon to the command-box like window.
Then process explorer will tell you which program or process is causing this window to appear.
Find this program or process in windows file explorer and delete it.
