Won't sync to computer

Cant get sa3245/37 to sync to the computer

    I have the same problem it is not even showing its connected to computer the install software does not seem to work .

    It that bad i am taking them back for a full refund rubbish mp3 that i have ever had

Mkae sure you r running an Operating System COmpatible with the device, ie. Windows XP/Vista, if u r running the correct OS, insert the disk that came with the device, and you should get driver updates automatically, if all this takes place and still cant sync, check ur USB cord, if the cord works and still cant sync, contact support or a tech agent like Best Buy's Geek Squad

Thats because the ipod is synced to your friends computer. You have to establish a new user account on your computer.

Ipod touch wound sync to my computer. i had a nano first. when i tryed to sync my ipod touch i did not reg. to my computer, i just tryed to copy my music to the new ipod. my daughter shares our music from...


Open iTunes (without iPod connected). Create a new playlist and copy songs you want on your iPod into that list. Next connect your iPod. Once iTunes recognizes your iPod then go to the music tab and click on 'sync playlist only' and chose the new playlist that you created. Click sync. Only the songs in your new playlist should be copied to your iPod.

Wont sync


You cant sync with another PC even if u sync all the data erases... because all the data which u have on your ipod relates to your PC itunes.

If you are using Windows Vista with Windows Media Player 11, you will need to follow these instructions.
Note: You will be able to download purchased/subscribed songs to the unit.

1. Start Windows Media Player 11 and then connect your unit to your computer. If you have not set up synchronization between your computer and this device, the Device Setup Wizard starts.
2. In Device Setup - Configure Sync, write a name for your mp3 player.
3. Click Finish. The window closes and the Sync feature in the Player is displayed.
4. From the left pane of this Sync feature, you can select from Playlists or Library and you will see the content of these folders in the center pane.
5. Select the songs or entire albums from the center pane.
6. Drag these songs or albums into the Sync List, which is the right pane of the Sync feature.
7. Click the Start Sync button on the Sync List pane.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.
