If this is a high pitched sound, then this sounds like you have bearings that are starting to go out.  There is not much that you can do to prevent eventual failure.
The only other option that I see is that there is something causing friction inside the pump between the impeller and diffuser.

My Emerson motor model k63cxese 4792. It is making a loud noise. I was told the capacitor might be bad. Does anyone know how to replace the capacitor? Thank you

Capacitors don't make noise. The purpose of a capacitor, is to provide a jumpstart to assist the motor to begin spinning. What makes a pool motor noisy, is bad bearings. At one point or another is possible that your mechanical pump shaft seal had failed, and allow the water to enter the electric motor, and wash away the lubrication in the front bearing.

either replace the bearings or the motor.

When I turn on filter the pump makes a loud noise, then kicks on but runs loud.

these are known to have rear end bell issues , the motor will need service by your local pool pump motor repair guy. cost about 75.00 .. if you keep running it it will destroy the motor and a new motor will be your only choice .Leave feedback for your favorite fixya guy.. that would be me the pool pump motor repair guy in longwood Florida.. don't forget to prime your pump after a repair !!

Im getting a loud buzzing noise when the pump is running

could be an obstruction in the impeller, or the bearings going out. You can split the pump in two be removing the large clamp or 4-6 bolts holding the two halves together. (not the 4 bolts holding the motor to seal plate, but the the bolts holding the seal plate to the seal plate housing. once you remove the clamp or bolts, the motor with seal plate and impeller and diffuser can all be pulled back away from the pump. You need to remove the diffuser (plastic housing that goes around the impeller) usually by a series of 3 to 6 small screws. Now you can easily try and spin the impeller and check for obstructions that might have bound it. If you do not see anything stuck in the impeller, then the noise is likely coming from the motor (probably the bearings) you can replace the motor, or have it rebuilt. if your not gunna rebuild it you can deal with it as long as the noise doesn't bother you and the motor is not getting too hot

I have Hayward Centurian SE 2 hp pool motor pump, around 15 years old. Just the other day it started making a loud whining noise. Is there a quick fix for this?

if its whining but still spinning, the bearings are done. If it just makes a loud noise, the capacitor could be bad or the bearings have seized.

Pump is loud during the spring start up and grayish powder is coming out of the motor. Pump seems to be functioning.

The powder is oxidized aluminum (rust) and as long as the motor is not 'crumbling' apart, it is fine. The noise is the bearings and you could try to replace them but would probably be better off finding a local electric motor repair shop to do the work. The whole repair is likely to be under $50 assuming no other parts are needed.
