Question about Philips GoGear Flash MP3 Player
I just got a 4gb phillips go gear mp3 player. My problem is that rhapsody recognizes the player but wont transfer my music to it. i figured out how to put the music ont the playerr but it wont play (format no supported- wma) can someone help
You have to get Rhapsody's Mp3 only service - I repeat, MP3 ONLY. No other level of Rhapsody service will work with the newer Philips' GoGear's - which is funny, b/c Philips co-branded with Rhapsody on the newer players.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
