Http://64.168.125.230/support/Syntax/Motherboard/SV266AD/USB%20driver/ Try the usb driver from this website. It might work. As for the network card. If you right click on it, go to properties, select details, give me the exact numbers that looks like below: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8139& I need to get the driver for the network card from its original manufacturer. Awaiting the numbers

Available in this download are drivers for VIA USB 2.0 host controller on a system running on Windows 98/98SE/Me. Due to licensing agreements, USB 2.0 drivers for Windows 2000/XP are not available for download. They are supplied on CD with new mainboards or available through Windows Update. This version is a bug-fixing release.

hope this helps

Support file isrt.dll not installed during loading of wusb300n I unloaded device and reran. I get "Cannot install this hardware. There was a problem installing this hardware." I followed Microsofts...

That would be correct. If it is USB attached and not PCI (internet/ethernet card)
I would try updating drivers for the linksys and then reinstall the software and manually set configuration

Dell Inspiron 710m PC Notebook Problem

Go to "Device Manager" and look if any yellow or red alerts are being displayed next to any devices. To access the "Device Manager" go to the 'Control Panel", "Administrative Tools", "Computer Management" and select "Device Manager" located in the left side column.
If there is an alert, double click on that device to determine the problem, i.e.… device not configured, cannot start this device, etc…
It sounds like all your software drivers got blown away or can’t load. If that’s the case, try running diagnostics. Press and hold the <Fn> key while powering the system on. This will initiate a diagnostic routine to check your hardware.
