Installer of hp 1410

The 1410 drivers are available on the HP website, (www.hp.com) http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=458978&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=0&submit.x=0&lang=en&cc=us
Drivers are available for all Operating Systems, Windows 2000 up to Windows 7, Mac OSx and Linux (although I'm pretty sure that the right drivers will be available in Linux via the CuPs system)
General rule of thumb. Install the drivers BEFORE you plug the printer into the computer (via usb).
If you've already connected it and windows has installed the default windows drivers - this may be enough for your needs, but if you're having problems, you'll have to disconnect the printer from the computer and uninstall the drivers.
Go to to start -> Control Panel and then: Add or remove programs (for XP, windows 2000) or Programs (if you're using Windows 7) Find the HP Printer driver in the list of installed programs and select uninstall.
If the driver isn't listed, don't worry, simply download the drivers from the Hp site, double click on the program to start the install process and connect the printer to the computer when it asks. (with most drivers installs just double click to run, read and follow the instructions, mostly it's a case of just pressing "next" until it starts installing.
Remember when you connect the printer to turn it on (button at the front that glows green when you turn the printer on) - you'd be suprised how many people forget that part!

HP PSC 1410 All-in-One - While installing from CD an error occurs. Cannot access file. Please solve this problem. Can I have a free download of the driver.

It will be better if you try installing the drivers available default in the computer.

go to printers and faxes --->choose add a local printer--->make sure you check the right port, for HP PSc it should either be DOT4 and most likely the USB port--->when you get the manufacturers list---->choose HP and in the right pane look for PSC 1410 AIO ,if no matching drivers are found, choose Hp Deskjet 990c ,this works as the default printing drivers and you shouldn't face any issues as far as printing from the computer is concerned

for further clarifications you may reply here.

NO PRINTER DRIVER AVAILABLE FROM HP?

HP cannot offer the driver for Windows 98 and ME due to licensing issues with MIcrosoft. You can download the driver from this site, use the "alternate server" site.
