This is because you activate auto-password (or password remembering; password autocompletion) in your browser. Force the login procedure (as any usual user) and re-enter your username and the new password (be careful with CAPS LOCK!) and re-check "Remember me" option to not enter username & password each time you open your e-mail page...
You can usually login to the router via your browser (type 192.168.1.1) into the address in your browser and find WiFi security then you will see the username & password, change then submit settings to save. the username & password for the router if it has not been changed is usually admin & admin.
Facebook does not want you to change your password. Maybe, you would have been introduced to a phishing site that resembles more like facebook, but isn't. When you enter your password into that fake facebook site, your username & password are mailed to the person who created it. He will then use it to do either identity forge or for some fun. So, be careful enough to note the URL www.facebook.com in the address bar, before entering your username & password.
go into the log in page - hit "forgot user ID" - they will email you a new one or email you a link to pick a new one - use at least 8 characters. Then go back to log in enter & enter your new user name. Try your old password - if that doesn't work, hit "forgot password" & they'll let you reset.

Hi!
If you really want to change the password for your network connection, kindly do the following.
1. Directly connect your PC to the Router using an Ethernet Cable
2. On you browser address bar type in 192.168.1.254 to access the router user interface.
3. It will be asking for a username & password, if you have not set one by default it should be admin for both username & password.
4. Click on customized configuration.
5. Click on Basic Settings then wireless, it should give you the option to change your wireless password for your network.
Hope this help, if not kindly notify me.
Thanks!
If you have never changed this from default then the user name will be "admin" & the password will be "password" or "admin. If you google the default password for Your router model then that shoud find it if this does not work. Don't forget to rate me if this works for you.
