Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
I have tried to download from the internet and also download some of my cds or tracks when I sync all the tracks come up as errors and says I am not licenced to download this music and if I got it off the internet to contact them as this music is not licenced, and the same for my own cds
happy new year
In Windows Media Player, click the arrow underneath the Rip tab select Rip options, and change the format to mp3. Now, rerip the CD's and THEN synchronize them to the GoGear. The songs from the internet need to be in mp3 format only - some GoGear models do not recognize DRM-protected WMA's.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
