Question about Casio EXILIM Card EX-S770 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Unable to access vacation pics

I have a Casio Exilim EX-S770 - about two years old. I went on a vacation and took a ton of pics. I came home and d/l'ed them - or thought I did. It think I disconnected it prior to all of them d/l'ing. I purchased photorescue and I can SEE the pics going across the screen on the film strip but then I can't access them when I d/l it to my computer. Any ideas?
Also, now it won't even hold a charge. Do I just need a new battery? This happened about a week later.

It's not the battery get another charger and it will charge the existing one. I found one on Ebay for battery and charger both for 12.99. When I got it the charger charged the new battery and the one I had already. The battery is an NP20. I have the same camera and same thing happened to me it is worth a shot. The chargers that come with this camera must have problems because there are a lot of these same questions on here. Let me know what you find out hopefully your pics get saved. Thanks

My Casio Exilim EX-S770 does not turn on.

1. Remove the battery from the camera and leave it for couple of minutes.

2. Re-insert the battery after maybe 20 seconds and turn the camera on.

Won't turn on!!

lol, i had mine for a year also and had the same thing happen to me. My camera wouldn't charge or even turn on for that matter. I was stumbled. After a week of thinking about it I realised I had put the Battery in the wrong way. I dont even remember taking my battery out ever, but I have a Sandisk SD Card Plus w/ USB and when I took it I I think I accidentally popped the battery out too. Then I must have put it back in the wrong way. Make sure the (+) and (-) is on the correct sides. Hope this helps. If not, sorry
