I have one but it broke and i love this modle how much are they and when can i find one i still have the old one help me please

My washer agitator wont agitate on any cycle, the washer will spin out. the drive belt is not broken or loose. took the agitator cap off but cant figure how to pull it up and out to inspect coupling....
