I recomend to read very well your owner manual and read the topis for Synch. see the section a( how to set up b( section troubleshooting.

SOURCE: RCA RCU403 3-Device trying to control GPX DVD player???
It may not be able to run the GPX dvd player as GPX is not a mainstream brand, if you have the original GPX remote, you might purchase a learning remote that can copy remote codes from the original, I have seen these Learning Remotes from around $20 by Phillips Magnavox if I remember correctly.

SOURCE: Insignia TV code for RCA Universial Remote Control (RCR450)
What about trying a code search with the remote itself.. Turn on your tv, Push and hold the TV button till it blinks, then press and hold then SETUP button while pressing and releasing the PWR button continously till the tv powers off. Once it does that, press PWR again. TV should come on and the code will then stay locked in.. Good luck again

You have to use the aux1 button. Which is says in the instruction manual ! I had to do a code search, but works just fine now.
