SOURCE: video capture hardware has been deleted in my asus

I dont belive your hardware has been deleted, but your driver for it had probably been so. Go to asus.com and locate the drivers / support and look for your driver there and then download and install them.

When I open my asus eepc 1000h webcam, it shows a black screen only and captured picture is not seen. What do I do?

Try this. Go to start- right click "my computer'- then click "manage" then click "device driver" find the device driver for the cam and see if there is any issue.
