Question about eBay Computers & Internet
Item #N680.350135212864 was purchased by my mother in law who has not done this before. The item should have been new
It is used with scratches all on the front, no instruction manual and no cords to plug it in. I want to get in touch with the seller to have a new item sent with all the right attachments, or her money replaced $74.95.
Please help me with this problem.
Goto ebay click on "my ebay" on the left under "won (1)" click on the item. There will be a "contact seller" button on the screen

Looking at the listing it states,
in very good conditon with wear from normal use; no original box;
Kodak Easyshare Printer Dock only
I would contact the seller, try and be reasonable with them. They did mention that it only came with the printer dock only. also they did state that it was used.
Tell them it was your first purchase on ebay etc etc.
If you pay for the shipping back to them I see no reason they shouldnt accept the return. Even though it was stated in the listing,
PS. As rule, read the entire listing, and generally if it is not listed as new it isnt. Also try not to buy used thins with out the picture of the actual item. Not a stock photo.
