My sekonda watch is losing 20 minutes or so a day but if I don't correct the watch it carries on as normal running 20 minutes behind if I correct it the next day 20 minutes are lost

Firstly, have you tried changing the battery?
Secondly, have you tried setting it 20 minutes ahead, to see if it rectifies itself over a day or so? It may be that the mechanism has gotten a little sticky.

The calendar skipped ahead a day and I can't get it back to where it reads the correct date. Can you help?

Pull the stem out to the time set level. Turn the hand around until the date change. Now push the stem back in, pull to date set level and change to current date. Now the watch is at midnight for that current date. Note you can set to current time of day. The Watch will automatically change to correct date for next day at midnight as it should.

My timex watch changes the date at noon instead of midnight. How do I fix this?

Hello,
This is because you have reversed am with pm.
Set your watch 12 hours back and the problem should be solved.
You might want to wait till midnight or noon to check it's fine.

Note: if you see the day shows the previous day rather than the present day, you have to set the clock 24h ahead.
Problem solved!

How do I change the "day of the week" on my Tommy Bahama 1072 watch?

But the first notch, or first snap, is the secret and the key to setting the Day and Date! In the first notch position, you'll see that if you spin the Crown one way, it will change the Day. Spin it in the opposite direction and it changes the Date! Do keep in mind that you may have to spin the Day and Date a couple rotations because it most likely will alternate between English and Spanish. Just pick the correct Language for you and it's done! When the Day and Date are set, push the Stem in all the way and enjoy your Watch! If you still have the problem with your Watch changing Dates at Noon instead of Midnight, that just means you're on the wrong 12 hr cycle. (It's set for Twelve at Night instead of Twelve at Noon) All you need to do is pull the Stem all the way out, (second notch) and Spin the Minute and Hour hands ahead 12 hours. If it's Twelve O'Clock, spin it ahead until it's Twelve O'Clock again. Doing that will put the Watch on the correct 12 hour cycle. Granted, you may have to reset your Day and Date again since you just advanced it, but at least you'll be in the correct Time Zone! Can't seem to get AM & PM set properly

Had Pulsar analog watch. Couldn't set either day or date properly due to being unable to signify AM or PM. When days changed one or the other would be 12 hours off.
""googled" adjusting Pulsar watches" and found site which explained how. You set day of week and date to previous day and date and then move watch time ahead until day and date are correct. Then set watch time. Seems to work.

Changing the DAY on this analog watch.

Turning it backwards didn't work on my watch. I ended up winding the time ahead several days worth to show the right day of the week (being careful to turn it to the correct 9 o'clock of the day, for me is was the first for morning.) Then I could go ahead and change the date using the first click postition of the stem.

I see that light bulb going off and you whispering "why, of course!"

Watch has correct day and date only 1/2 each day

The watch thinks at Noon it is really midnite, so you must scroll 12 hours ahead to repair this. There are usually 2 "clicks" on the stem of the watch when you pull it out, 1 will set time, 1 will set the day/date, be careful to pay close attention to which is happening when you pull out the stem, and setting should go well after that.
