Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My internet is on but each time i try to sign in to yahoo messenger it tells me there is problem with the internet connection

Maybe the problem is due to slow net connection. Goto Messenger->Connection preferences and select the radio button "connect via proxy server",under that select "HTTP proxy". Then in the bottom, select your Internet connection from the dropdown menu and press ok.

Then try signing in. Good luck!!!

Why does yahoo messenger keep on signing out , every ten or less it will sign out? Is that because of slow connection, anti virus or anything. Please help me.

Hello,

That can happen because of these reasons-

1-Slow connection

2-Some one is booting you (booting is a kind of hacking in which one can disconnect someone's yahoo messenger)

You can try chatting from yahoo mail or download some chat client like ysupra.Ysupra is free and you can download it by searching its website on google.Ysupra is unbootable and its very very reliable

Someone is signing into Yahoo messenger with my account info?

It must be because your yahoo messenger on your PC at home is configured to ' Sign in automatically'.... So the moment someone powers on your PC at home and logs in ( or it reboots due to power cut etc ) , you get disconnected in your yahoo messenger at your office system.
