Question about Maytag MGR6772 Gemini Gas Kitchen Range
The control panel stopped working. At first the control panel would not operate once either oven was hot. Only the CANCEL button would beep. Then after we used it last evening none of the pads on the control panel work at all.
The clock continues to work, however, the clock does not reset when the unit is unplugged.
I left it unplugged all evening to see if that might have any effect but it did not change any of the symptoms.

Welcome to Fixya,
You said, Oven does not show any displace and does not work. When you try to turn on the top oven, the displace shows h3 132 and the clock shows 12:00 .
You try to turn the upper and lower oven, none of them work. The light in the oven comes on okay.
Lets try to reset the system.
trun off the range.
Now trhow the breaker in the electric box off for 5 minutes.
after waiting 5 minutes turn the power on and try the range!
Let me know how she works.
Huuum at your service.

F-1 error is a Temperature Runaway. It Maytag's way of letting you know that oven overheated. Nothing you have done but it may have shorted out the oven sensor or the keypad. Check the sensor and see if it's closed. If it's okay, replace the keypad.

Sounds like the cancel (or stop) button is making contact by itself. Clock (oven control board) may need replacement.
One option to buy it new, your part number is 12001661
Coupon "New10" chops 10% off.
Another is to send the clock to be rebuilt. Google "stove timer rebuild", you'll find plenty of companies which can repair your original clock. In case you need it, the original part number is 74004542.
To get to the clock, remove the back of the control panel. Good luck.

F1-E1 - EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).
