Re: my PUK code
PUK is code define by card owner, that is the cellular network provider. You better call the customer support of your cell network to get it. Usually, they only need to know your phone number, but some network also request numbers printed on the back of the sim card.
Good luck, and don't forget to show appreciation.

Hi The PUK code is being requested by the SIM card - all you need to do is call your service provider and ask them for the PUK and to reset your sim, there is no charge for this - and many people do it by mistake, it was because you entered the incorrect sim code more than 3 times.
Just call your provider and tell them you need a PUK code, they will be more than happy to give it to you. you may also get it from the company website or go into the provider store. this is something they do all the time
