Error message: The folder "iTunes" cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the "My Music" folder. I have two hard drives and recently a service man moved the iTunes to the alternate drive because it was saturating the 'C' drive.
Go to "Preferences" in iTunes and change the music folder location to the location on your new disk drive. Click the boxes as shown below:

- You rated my answer as "Thanks for trying"--not a favorable rating--so I assume you actually tried what I suggested and it didn't work.If "yes" then you most likely have a system software or disk problem, not an iTunes problem. If "no" then please try the suggested solution.
You already tried removing and reinstalling iTunes (the program, not the music), right?

i keep getting message when sending mail - the server rejected some or all of the email addresses. This will happen sometimes - and when it does for upto 3 hrs and then just send them ! next mail to go will wizz thru! help!
