Programming tree options are different from what's...

i need to program 4 phones (si-460 casio phonemates) so that they all ring and can transfer lines 1 and 2 to each other. however, when i refer to the programming tree in the manual, i notice a discrepancy. in the manual it shows that i have the option to program "always ring" and "private line off". but when i hit program on the actual phone, it does not offer me those options. please help. it is driving me crazy. also, i was able to get around this by transferring the call to the other stations, but now for some reason, that's not even working. thanks for any help!
