Re. Nania New Way/Fix Solo Car Seat
I have instructions explaning removal of main harness, but unsure how to retain car seat without child, using separate strap. Picture shows strap over front of seat & under child, but does not give any information indicating fixing/attachment points. Can you help, thank you.

You need to check the manual, but generally (in the USA), booster seats are not attached to the vehicle (there are exceptions). The purpose of a booster seat is to raise the child up so the adult seat belt and shoulder harness fit correctly. The lap belt must be low on the child's hips and the shoulder harness should rest between the child's neck and shoulder.
If the child is not in the vehicle, place the seat belt over the booster and buckle it in. This will keep the empty booster seat from flying around the vehicle in a crash and injuring other occupants.
