1. Restriction in the drain pump
2. Failed pump
3. Water not pumping out fast enough (crimped drain hose)
4. Too many suds ( too much detergent or wrong kind)
5. Pressure switch (not communicating with control board)
6. Loose wire at pressure switch
7. Loose wire at pump or control board
8. Failed control board

Take off the front panel, two screws on mine. On the right side you will see the pump with a black drain "boot". We raised the washer onto blocks and put a basin under it to catch the excess water. If you can't drain it, your gonna need a shop vac. There were three approximate 1 1/2" clamps, you'll need a pair of straight and channel lock pliers. (I replaced two of the clamps with radiator clamps to make it easier next time) Once you remove the 3 clamps theres a spring loaded clamp at the top of the boot. Lossen that and remove the boot. There is a plasic seine inside with about 3/8" holes. Clean it out. I found the missing blue sock, a string from a sweatshirt, two wire clamps, a paperclip and $1.26 in change. Check the pump impeller and make sure it is clear ans put it back together. Run a load before rplacing the front panel in case you need to tighten the clamps more. Hope this helps.

I fixed mine by uncloging the drain cup in the black hose that hooks up to the water pump

Hello - The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.
