Are you sure you're not confusing a glow plug used for cold weather starting for a spark plug?

Change the spark plug, where is it ?

The spark plug is on the cylinder head of every gasoline engine on our universe. There are no spar plugs on any diesel fueled engine.

What spark plug do i use to change the spark plugs

there are many sizes. metic and SAE, i have them all, after 50years.
i rattle thru my set and bingo.
but if plug is in full view, my calipers tell me size every time.
if plug is deep in a spark plug well, that is a problem.
first off , no engine stated, we cant guess engines, here.

My diesel pramac P9000 generator engine is not starting even cranked for long time what is the problem

Check and replace the spark plug, clean filters and try again. If this doesn't fix it, it is probably the carb. Clean it and try a SMALL squirt of starter fluid

Diesel generator

What is overheating the engine or the alternator? If it is the alternator check the electrical loads and types, take it to a shop to have it put on an electrical load bank test. if it is the engine, check for air flow and any obstructions. Make sure there is no mechainical binding, remove spark plugs and check compression, make sure engine rotates freely

What is a glow plug

Glow plugs are heating devices to aid starting diesel vehicles.
Purpose:Diesel engines, unlike petrol engines, do not use spark plugs to induce combustion. Instead, they rely solely on compression to raise the temperature of the air to a point where the diesel will combust spontaneously when introduced to the hot high pressure air. The high pressure and spray pattern of the diesel ensures a controlled, complete burn. The piston rises, compressing the air in the cylinder; this causes the air's temperature to rise. By the time the piston reaches the top of its travel path, the temperature in the cylinder is very high. The fuel mist is then sprayed into the cylinder; it instantly combusts, forcing the piston downwards, thus generating power. The pressure required to heat the air to that temperature, however, necessitates the use of a large and very strong engine block. The problem posed is that in cold weather, if the engine has not been running (as is the case when the car is left to sit overnight), that the large engine block becomes very cold; when one then attempts to start the engine, the cold engine block acts as a heat sink, quickly dissipating the heat generated by the pistons compressing air. The engine is then unable to start, because it cannot generate and maintain enough heat for the fuel to ignite. For that reason indirect injected diesel engines are manufactured with glow-plugs in each prechamber, and direct injected diesel engines are manufactured with glow-plugs in each combustion chamber.

Hi Please can you confirm what fuel the Ryobi rg6700k generator takes?

Hi. I've been looking online and there's no information about this model. However this is how to tell which fuel it uses. If it has a spark-plug it burns petrol. Diesel engines don't have spark-plugs they use glow plugs which are different. Spark-plugs have a spark gap which the spark jumps across while glow plugs do not.

If it has a separate place for putting oil, and a dipstick for checking the oil level, then the fuel is petrol only. If it doesn't have a place for oil then the fuel is petrol mixed with 2 stroke oil. I hope this answers your question.

What are they for spark plugs

spark plug make sparks inside combustion chamber, make the engine run. if your ford taurus is a V6 than you have 6 of them. each piston required on plug. with out the spark plugs the engine will not run.
