Question about Computers & Internet
Running Vista Home (dutch) edition.
When I click on a Mpeg Icon (on an external HD) I get the above message.
You may have some corrupt files in your computer, I would suggest you do a disk check
Hold down the windows key and press R type in cmd and press enter
in the cmd window type in chkdsk /F /X C: you will probably have to restart the computer to perform the operationg if you don't want to restart you can simply type in chkdsk C: or you can also do the check from going into my computer right click on the c drive select properties then tools and disk check.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
