If it's still in warranty, call 1-800-samsung and report it, other wise you need a main board or there could be a firmware upgrade on samsung web site that could fix it

Hi, You cannot exactly reset the whole TV, but you can press the PMode button on your remote control a few times to cycle through all the picture modes (Dynamic, Standard, etc.) in order to factory reset each picture mode.
