Do you use your phone for browsing?
Then you should try clearing the browser cache.
Open the web browser. Then Options > Advanced Options > Clear Cache.

I've had the same problem. The best solution is a software upgrade and since then the problem has gone for me. prior to the software upgrade, switching the phone off and on worked. Make sure you close the applications after using them as a practice.
