Hi,
This forum is really designed for problems with the mechanics of sewing machines that are not working properly.
Your question seems to be asking about the construction technique of a particular Punjabi garment.
Unfortunately it is very unlikely that you will find a sewing machine mechanic who also sews to the level you require as most only repair the machines, not work with them.
I have done a quick Google on "How to make a Salwar" and these two may be a useful start. LINK 1 LINK 2

Simplicity Pattern 4597-apron A has missing or vague instructions to make pleats & sew pocket to front of bib apron. Can anyone explain how to make the pleats and secure to the bib apron front.

Search the internet for "pleat" instruction:
Google

Once the pleats are formed on the one piece, the two pieces are stitched together with a regular seam (as though there were no pleats in the second piece).

If you go on the manufacturers web site, you will possibly find the part number of the gathering foot and then you can Google it to find stockists who might post one to you.

Bernina 1080 pleats the fabic of 1 layer on zig zag setting.I am trying to do the "cheats way " of gathering.Have adjusted the top tension ,changed thread/ needle. What can it be?

The fabric is tunneling? The pleat is forming the length of the line of stitches? http://crazylittleprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Z4.jpg Loosen the upper thread tension and increase the presser foot pressure and/or choose a flat soled foot, not an embroidery foot and/or add paper or other stabilizer on top of the fabric.

Or if the stitches are gathering up as you sew, go with it... that's what you're going to be doing anyhow, right? You can increase the amount of gathering by parking your thumb or forefinger hard against the needle plate behind the presser foot and allowing the fabric to pile up--- this is called "crimping" or "ease plus" and is commonly used for easing princess seams or sleeve heads. If it eases too much, clip the seam threads here and there and pat the fabric back out a little flatter, till it fits.

PS: If you like Gutermann poly threads, check the prices for Mara 100 at Wawak.com or similar pro sites. At Joann Fabric prices, you get an $8 spool of thread for $2.50 or less. Good stuff.

How can I add a few satin stitches to a design

You need some software that can import the design and then add your stitches. Optionally, you can figure out the proper location and design the stitches to run in a separate pass. Either way you need digitizing software.

I Need Instructions for a ruffleing foot

Attach the foot to the machine, making sure you have the large hook over your needle bar. move the selection to the number you want to gather.... 1 is a small pleat gather, higher numbers are larger. the fabric is placed so that it goes over the bar underneath, then over the rest until under the sewing area. Try a sample first to see how it works. It really does make a nice ruffle. fee87fd.jpg

Use a thicker needle.
Release the looper screw and move it back and close to the needle, but without touching.
Tight the looper screw.
Adjust the needle through (left and right) wider.

Self winding bobbin

I think you need to push the bobbin winder (with your bobbin on it) towards the handwheel. Press the foot pedal and it should begin winding. If this doesn't solve your problem, post back with more details of what you've done and the kind of problem you are having.
As a last resort, go to Sears and let them show you how to wind a bobbin.
