Never have had any problems before. 2001 Ford F-150. Parked it today inside. Went back out 4 hours later and noticed the head lamps blinking. The alarm had not been activated. I did nothing with the battery(no Jumps). I tried to lock and unlock the doors with no response. I can turn the key but it wont do anything. It's gotme locked out. I tried both of the transmiters. Any ideas I tried to activate it per owners manual no help.

This depends on the brand you are installing. I didn;t like them at first but a 2 way system is way better. It actually lets you know what is going on with your vehicle. I would recomment Auto Start TS-2471 easy to install and program and they work very well with few problems.
your starter wire is red with light blue, If it was me I would double check all your wires or have a freind, sometimes you overlook things, ther is no rest for the securlock other than dissconect the neg terminal on the battery for 30 sec with the door open
check that the cabling going to the starter is ok. and the ground to the frame and the engine block.the other thing is that it is possible the starter has a "dead spot" in it.have someone turn the key to start and bang on the starter with a hammer .not too hard.the starter on ford starters usually have a solenoid and it is possible that is no good either...
Check for computer problem, find someone that have a truck like yours and switch computers, check for ecu good ground and try to erase the ecu and reprogram it back. MOst garages have a ecu reprogram tool.
I know someone who had the same problem, and it turns out that the keyfob battery was a little low for some reason straight out of the box. They tried replacing the battery and it works much better now. Hope it works that way for you too!
