The issue is clearly in the phone, is the phone working? how is your warranty - replace the phone or get it repaired by contacting your dealer.

How long have you owned the phone? I would suggest taking it to your nearest provider's store and have it replaced with a warranty phone. If you need any further assistance please let me know. Also please take a moment to accept and rate my solution accordingly.
Thank you,
Lee

Try with other power socket .

Regarding the outer body you can get from the manufacturer . Contact local shop or provide the location where you reside so we can find a shop there .

My phone want turn on even when its been charged

Hi,

Try this:

Try charging your phone, see if the battery is charging or not. If it is, try turning on the phone. once opened, remove it from the charger, if it goes off, then the battery is broken.

If you connect your phone and it is not charging, there problem lies on the charger or connector of the phone/charger. Try using other charger, if it works, the problem is you old charger.

Try using other battery then open it, if it does turns on, your old battery is broken.

Thanks.

regards,
longgee

Motorola v365 won't charge and won't stay with wall power

Hello,

The reason your phone wont charge might be because there is a problem with the battery, the charger or the charging port.

To test it if it is the battery,

Insert the battery into another phone and try to charge it for a while,
if it does not work, then it is the battery.

All you have to do is to change the battery.

To test it if it is the charger,

Plug the charger to a power supply,
Connect the charger to another phone, to see if it works.

If it does not work, then it is the charger that needs replacement.

To test if it is the charging port,

Insert a new battery, and plug it to a new charger.

If it does not charge, then it is the charging port.

Replace the charging port and it will be okay.

To replace the charging port;
  1. After removing your back cover and battery, remove the four torx 6 screws you see. (When reassembling, the gold screws go at the bottom and the silver screws go back at the top),
  2. With the four screws removed you can now remove the battery compartment,
  3. With the battery slot removed you have access to one of the ribbons which connects the screen to the main body of the phone. Unclip this (it fits like a plug and socket).
  4. You'll now have the phone in two parts,
  5. Take to the lower part and disconnect the charging port and replace it with a new one,
  6. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly
Take care

I just bought a motorola E815 cell phone and it will not charge

Remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.Hope this helps!

My cell phone died and now it wont charge!!!! :'(

It won't turn on because battery is too low. Another benefit of lithium ion batteries. When they are depleted, the internal controller / charge circuitry on battery disables it.

You didn't mention what kind of phone other than Motorola. If it has a USB connector to charge through, make sure that you are using a motorola approved charger. There is a way to make the USB connectors (charger side) indicate a particular class and rating. If this doesn't match what the phone expects, then you will likely get a Cannot Charge message or similar.

That being said, this usually only happens with AC wall chargers. I have yet to see it happen with a vehicle charger, though I don't rule it out.

Razr will not charge with wall charger

Your charger is faulty. If your phone is able to charge off of other sources (computer, car charger, another wall charger) Then, the charger needs to be replaced. Some mobile companies have a 90 warranty on accessories like the charger and battery. Then the mobile manufacture (Motorola) has a 1 year warranty on the charge and battery. I would check on that, and get those replaced.

Motorola razr v3m battery problems and bootloader ini showing on screen

Well it is both. It should only ever say bootloader when it is plugged in to a PST machine and getting the software updated. I would say that it the hardware is causing the poor battery life or a combo of the battery and the phone.

Phone is dead wont take charge

You simply need a new battery. Razr batteries are notorious for loosing life and the entire problem is the chargers you are using. You MUST have one with an IC chip that tells it when to stop charging otherwise watch how long you are charging it. Also when you have a new battery let it fully charge and fully die twice before you start normal charging this helps a lot.
