I would like my front loading washer door to open with the hinges on the right to facilitate easier loading of the dryer which is on the left. The dryer door is reverseable, but the washer door isn't. Do they make a right hand kit?

Re: washer door opens with hinges on the left
Nope sorry but all front load washers are built with a locking system on the door and that makes them impossible to change the door swing. the only thing you can do is move the washer and dryer position by getting longer hoses and venting so you can have the washer on the left and the dryer on the right.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
If the doors were interchangeable I would expect that to be a selling point (!) and mentioned in the manuals ;-0)
The problem is that the holes for the hinges, the door catches, the electronics/electrics for the door solenoid and close sensors need to be available already on the other side. On top of those requirements the doors need to be the same internal shape upside down, as they would be upside down if swapped over to the other side.
So sorry, all in all it doesn't look good, does it ;-0(
Basic measurements for washer and dryer with door closed and not on optional pedestal(s) are 31.5" deep (front to back), 27" wide, (left to right), and 38" high. For installation and usage consider the leveling feet, use of pedestal(s), water hookups, drain hose for washer, and vent (exhaust) hose for dryer. You may want to position the washer on your left, and the dryer on the right due to hinge location, and for ease of transferring laundry from one machine to the other. Depth of washer (front to back) with door open 90 degrees is 50.5" and the dryer is 51.5". At the factory, four (4) shipping bolts are attached to the back of the washer to secure the drum for shipping. These should be re-installed prior to the move, (if you still have them). Due to the shape of the washer door, and how it seats against the control panel, the door cannot be reversed on the Duet washer. There are no cut outs along the door opening to accommodate the door hinge screws and the door latch on opposite sides. The Duet DRYER, on the other hand, CAN be reversed. This may be an alternative configuration for you. Let me know if you want to know how to reverse the dryer door.
IN TH FRONT RIGHT OR LEFT CORNER OF THE DETERGENT AREA THERE IS RED, GREEN, ORANGE LIKE FISHING LINE FOR YOU TO MANUALLY RELEASE DOOR. THIS IS EASIER WITH PLYERS. PULL THE LINE DIAGONALLY TO THE LEFT BACK WHILE IN FRONT OF THE MACHINE AT THE SAME TIME PULL OPEN DOOR. IF YOU WANT TO DO MORE THAN GET YOUR CLOTHING OUT I WILL HELP YOU FUTHER.
The doors are reversabe they go from left hand open to right hand open. Just reverse the hinges, put the door fillers ( triangle shape go toward the front. Remove the plug put it in the other sidel. Now take the metal door strke and put it on the other side, Then take the filler from on side and put it on the other side. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to make the change.
Yes you can reverse the door on your washer.
Open the door, remove the screw in the middle of both hinges, (carefull not to drop them inside). Lift the door straight up and "wiggle" the door hinge straight out of the slot.
On the opposite side of the opening you will find two inserts, remove them and install them into the slots you removed the door from. Now the fun part... remove the hinges from your door side.
Make sure you note how they attach, now intall them on the other side of the door,EXACTLY, the way they were first installed. Do one at at time. After you have them on the other side and you put the other screws back in the side you removed the hinge from, lift the door and slide the hinge into the bottom and top slots of the washer opening. Secure the hinge with screws removed in the beginning making sure the door is closing properly and locking.
Sounds more like the dryer drum seal is deteriorating.
If the dryer tumbles the belt is intact.
To access the belt.
Open the door.
Remove 4 screws on right and left side of the door opening.
Raise the door on the hinge side and remove it.
Pull the front panel forward and remove it.
From there you can see what to do next.
