Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Okay so i just got a new ipod touch for christmas and im trying to plug it into my computer so i can sync it, but it wont even acknowledge that its plugged in at all..I have itunes and everything it just wont show up that my ipod is hooked up..Can someone help me with this!?
The updates for the newer itunes are specifically for the itouch and iphone. You may need to update but it should have popped up with this info when you plugged it in. If you contact Apple, they will tell you to reinstall itunes which is a pain but you might as well do it becasue it may work and they won't talk to you untill you've tried it. (Just in case it doesn't reload your music automatically you can tell itunes where it is at. In the file tab, there is an option for Add Folder and you can tell it where the itunes music folder is at.) They will also ask you to try another cable. This is a small chance with a new cable but you should check it anyways. If you have done this and reset you itouch you should go ahead and get on their site. It is a common problem but usually in older ipods. If you live in a city that has an Apple store you can ask their Genious Bar. Good luck.
