Hey, I downloaded this application off of itunes called 'crystal defenders'. ...dont ask, it just sounded interesting to me. Anywho, I've been trying and trying to get the application out of my library and onto my ipod. I looked up some how-to videos on you tube, but the videos I found that were related to my question were all directed towards the ipod touch. As I have a nano, they werent any help to me, although I looked at a few of the videos I found, just in case. As expected, they werent any help. So here's my question: how would one go about getting an application onto an ipod nano? Is it even possible? If anybody can assist me, thank you!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

The first thing that you should do is download itunes from the apple website at www.apple.com/itunes once installed open up itunes and then plug in the supplied usb cable into the ipod and the other end into your computer. From itunes you can then go onto the apple store and buy music from the store or if you have music on CDs you can use itunes to pull the CDs onto your computer and from itunes and clicking on the devices section you can transfer the music onto your ipod. Hope this helps.
Firstly are you sure you deleted the actual application? You may have just deleted a shortcut instead - on a PC, go to C:/Program Files/iTunes/ and see if there's a file in there called 'iTunes.exe'
If there is you can drag and drop it back onto your start menu or desktop to restore the shortcut.
Mac user check in the 'applications' folder or Spotlight iTunes and see what's still on your computer. if you see iTunes.app you're fine, just reveal the app in finder and drag onto the dock.
If the program is NOT there...

You have to have an account on iTunes (http://www.apple.com/iTunes) in order to access the application store. Then simply locate the icon for applications and you can search and download. Keep in mind you'll need a credit card to set up the iTunes account, even if you only use free applications.

1st answer: You may have a non-Apple product. There are lots of knockoffs of the
Nano. Here is a link to check:
Yes, he can but it would have to be done manually, meaning outside of the iTunes application. When the iPod is connected to a computer, it will show up on the desktop of a Mac as another disk drive. Be warned, as soon as you connect the new iPod to the computer, iTunes will load and attempt to sync (copy) all the songs in its library to the iPod.
