Recheck the wiring. Make sure the fans are all plugged into the proper place. Then try reseating the RAM, video card, & cpu. Make sure you have applied a good thermal paste between cpu & heatsink as overheating can cause the system not to boot. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

Yes if you do not apply thermal paste on the cpu before mounting the heatsink you will get a fried cpu. Hope this helps.

I once had something similar happen to me. Triple check to see that all connections are secure to the motherboard - a loose 20 pin ATX cable was the culprit in my case.
Hope that helps. Good luck!

I need a motherboard that will fit in a Raidmax ATX1072BP Mid Tower ATX Computer Case!

Most desktop computer cases have a range of standard mount holes, standard offs.
I suggest you select a motherboard that suits your requirements.
To be sure that the motherboard will fit your case, take the motherboard mount base with you to the computer shop and place the motherboard of your choice on the base to see if the mounting holes line up.
You may need to upgrade the switch mode power supply to a higher power unit if the total power requirements is near the maximum the existing unit can deliver.

Raidmax Sirius mid-tower case fan alarm

Here are some solutions:
1. Try to use some silicon oil in fan apertures to decrease rub
2. Try to manually (look for a mainboard's service software settings) decrease rotation speed if available
3. Less recomended: disconnect fan cable from mainboard and don't stress your computer (try not to overheat, - work with software that uses less resources) and buy a new one when available

The on/off connector is the power labelled one. The one thing you may have to do is (if you have'nt already)connect the power connector from the PSU to the processor power supply, close by to it as it may not just run off the motherboard ZIF socket for it's power up.

Continuation to 'help no power' question?

It's not a short in that sense. It's just preventing thee motherboard from starting. I had the same issue a long time ago when building a pc. Once it's seated properly, it should turn on...unless like I said previously, there is something wrong with motherboard all together.
