Digital Camera BenQ DC C500 as a webcam

I have problems with my digital camera BenQ DC C 500 working as a webcam. When connecting to the pc the camera stop working and in its display says connected to computer. Already installed the usb driver , but ´nothing happen.

Well i havea dc c 500 it works as a webcam on mssnger and yahoo but when i got the new windows 7 it stoped the windows says cant fint a software i need help

Digital camera's do not normally operate as a webcam however I have come across the odd one that can do this. Cameras usually appear as a removable disk to the opperating system. Are you sure your camera can work in this way?

I have an benq dc c700 too and doesen't work as pc camera :(...i write in user guide and exist a soft but is not on the instalation cd...it's a junk

Its possible to use this camera as webcam with some softwares.. but never get it working with msn messenger and yahoo.....
