Question about Sharp Office Equipment & Supplies
When I tried to copy I had an "accordian" type paper jam as it was coming out. I couldn't find the paper jam after opening the side door. On the read out it said to contact a service person and an "HS" appeared on the screen where it showed the number of copies. One other time that happened and a service person gave me a code to put in and I have lost it. Can you help me?

To access the service mode.you need to PRESS the the folowing.. BOTTONS.using the the oporation panel.PROGRAM INTERPUPT CLEAR ITERUPT .THAN ENTER # 14 THAT START BOTTON
