Re: why all the light are on and no internet connection...
If the lights are on with this router even there's nothing connected to it, that can only mean one thing that something is wrong with this router, you can try first to reset the router by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds and if still the same problem the router is already bad and needs a replacement...

It could be a faulty wiring connection from the ethernet cable to the RJ45 (plug). Exchange the cables from your PC1 and PC2 to confirm it. If that worked then you can either buy another set of cable (just make sure to try it in the store first). Or if you have a wire cutter especially made for ethernet cables, then just cut the RJ45 and replace it with a new one. You can buy those on CD-R king too.
1. check your firewall settings. 2. Go to the router and check the status by entering into a browser page 192.168.0.1 or 192.168..1.1 this will bring you to the routers setup page and active icons. choose the status. 3. You can unplug the router reboot the PC for one minute and try connectivity again. 4. check the ISP to check you connection even though you say that it is OK.
First step, does it have a password that you re not putting it? second, how far aay are you frm the router? have you tried getting closer to it and see if it works? third: try unistalling your wireless crd drivers and reinstall in them again. Try removing the card and reintall it again as well, If any of this does not work there are two other options, You card may not be compatible with the router. Or you may need o reinstall your windows software again, you may have firewall issues.
