Question about Sewing Machines
When I turn on machine the screen tells me to slowly raise the needle bar and then it says to raise the presser foot. After doing this the screen comes back on and says to do both things on one screen and then turn power on. I can not do anything on the screen as this prompt is blocking the screen. In the lower right of screen it has a code of 01

Does the presser foot move at all when the machine is first turned on?
Do the needle and feed teeth calibrate when the machine is first turned on?
You probably need to locate your nearest authorized repair center.

check youre screen you will see an icon of needle you have got it in the down mode touch it it will raise it next time you sew it will be raised this is an option to have needle in fabric or raised on completion of sewing this is in your manual.

Just turn the hand wheel. The needle bar is the round bar that the needle is inserted into and is what makes the needle go up and down as you sew.
