Question about NetGear WGR614 Router
If she definitely changed the password you will need to reset the router, which is usually done with the router power on, by pressing a straightened paperclip into a small round hold about 1 mm diameter and holding it there for 30 seconds or so. This will return the router to factory defaults. Google the model of your router and see if you can find a manual for it online.
