Cant get music on my muvo music player.

there is a program called mp3 rocket if you look it up on google. download the newest version and try that.

My problem with the Muvo was a little different. All of a sudden I couldn't add files. It would hang up 5 seconds into the transfer. I formatted (fat 32) and defragged but nothing worked.

and downloaded firmware 1.05.01 and it seems to be working now.

Muvo only plays Mp3 or Wma files.

they might be in another folder? don t forget that you ve got 4 in the device

My MuVo was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in July 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo V100 Firmware 1.05.01.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

Just need to plug the player in your USB port and computer will detect it as a additional drive. You just need to copy paste the music files.

check the lock switch on your drive, try to look for it in your user manual to see where it is located. it could be the reason why the computer cant access your drive.

Sounds like a battery problem or theres a shorted componet in the mp3 curcuit and this is probably something your gonna have to send back to Creative Labs to have repaired
