turn on your computer, press F2 button. if it can log into the bios setup it means you just have a software issue. Reinstalling the window will do the magic. if your netbook didn't display anything from the time you turn on the netbook, it means something wrong with your hardware.
On first Boot press F8 repeatedly >> next it will shows some lines >> choose SAFE MODE >> ENTER If you can log on > its mean something wrong with some drivers or applications. try uninstall recently installed applications or driver >>> Uninstall it on control panel > add/remove program
Do you mean programs from your IE browser toolbar.?
If you do then to remove them you right click on the toolbar and untick the program you dont want.
To remove it completely you need to go to the control panel on your pc and to add/remove programs and uninstall.
Others logged on..
If someone else has a user profile, and is using your computer. If they dont LOG OUT, but just LOG OFF (or switch user) , then that session is still in memory and the programs they may have been using are still running.
If you try to switch your computer off without everyone LOGGING OUT completely, you could loose any open files, or damage any open programs.
In case you have problem with your pass log in as administrator (the default pass is blank) and change your account's pass to a proper one. I can't understand what you mean by AR. Could you send me a print screen of your log in screen with the AR? (hit prt sc in log in screen > log in in any account > open Word or any image editor > paste the print screen from the clipboard) My e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org.
there is something wrong with the video driver or the monitor...If the screen shows something like the devices when it boots up...and only goes blak when it logs to windows...I mean if you see all on the screen until you get to the windows logo..this is a operating system error ..a driver seting or crash...so ...just reinstall it ..or repair the operation system ..cause if it is a setting on video driver or a error ..you can not fix it if you do not see anything .. if the system boots but you never see a thing on the monitor...not even the writen devices when it first starts..or the bios..this means that the screen or the ribbon of the monitor has a damage on..try to change its position...or so ..but in this case you will need a ribbon for sure ...
It sounds like it might be getting to the user accounts and not being able to log in. I would start by going into safe mode--> Right before the windows splash screen comes up, start pressing the f8 key. Then when it gives options, choose safe mode. If it gets to the user screen this means its either something in your startup, or the user account files.
Once in safe mode, you can select the administrator account, and create a new user account, to see if you reboot to normal mode and it lets you log in as the other user.
