You need to check if you have full 220 voltage to unit sounds like one leg of your power is out. You have slow blow fuses on this so turn off the breaker that goes to unit and then pull fuses out and check each one. You can check at the place where the main power comes into unit if you don't mind checking electricity but take your volt ohm meter and check the two power leads on the contactor that is the first thing that the power is connected to.
