Question about Dell Inspiron XPS M140 Notebook
I can not see all the interactive buttons on certain websites such as comcast.net. As an example, I am unable to see the comcast email sign in button, and after entering comcast emails, many of the interative buttons in email are missing. The pointer will indicate where the button is by transitioning to the pointing hand and finger. This issue occurs on a few other websites as well.
I have upgraded all software components, called comcast and reconfigured several options, but with no resolution to the problem.
Any suggestions? I have a 3 yr old Dell XPS M140
I think that your display settings have gotten out of whack. Right click on your desktop, select properties, click the settings tab, and set the resolution to the maximum that your monitor can handle, and the color quality to the highest (32 bit). I mostly suspect the quality has gotten knocked down to 8-bit, which will highly compromise the detail, especially buttons. If the settings refuse to change, use the advanced settings to correct the settings for your video card and/or the monitor. and try again.
