Problem for Canon BubbleJet i905d InkJet Printer

Poor colour

I have been very happy with the colour from my printer up until the last few prints. Today i printed a photo of my little boy on his bike. The boy and bike came out close to what it looked like on the screen but the green of the grass looked very yellow and the grey pavement lost all its deffinition and looked blown out yet it doesn't look like that on the screen. Is there anything I can do to improve this? Photos come out with green tinge.
Nozzle check pattern shows white lines in E column, the same from top to bottom of the column. Have tried Head Clean and Deep Clean but no change to the E column. Exchanged the Photo Magenta Cartridge to new one from packet but no alteration to the E column.

- My question is only part two of the above question from quote " Photos come out" etc.
Your answer does not solve the problem of the white lines in the E column.
I have already changed the cartridge to a new one from a new packet.
All ink cartridges are fully functional and none are empty.
Try again. Is it the pulse from the computer to the printer for Photo Magenta colour print?

- Bernie's Further Comment.
Have tried all as per the instruction book as to adjusting the Head Manually, with out any sucess.Have tried the turn off overnight remove power cord, etc, turn on again, also without a fix.

- HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM MYSELF. Seems that "refill" cartridges clog up the printer head feed.I removed the printer inks, then the head, and cleared the feed with a spirit alcohol liquid.
Please dont bill me.

The BubbleJet i905d was a good photo printer, but still not a professional photo printer, therefore problems with high definitions pictures like a photo are normal to a certain extent.
Try changing resolutions setting and see if the result improves.

If the nozzle check result is not good, there may be a clogged ink nozzle or a misaligned print head.Perform head alignment, and nozzzle clean procedure.

If this is not enough, then try using a canon i905d cleaning cartridges.
