My Intel Desktop Motherboard DH67CL won't see my Nvida GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card. In Windows Device Manager, it only recognizes the on board graphics. Its also happening to my sound card. Is there a pacific setting within the Bios that I need to set to allow the motherboard to recognize the graphics & sound cards & bypass the on-board graphics & sound chipset?

If it doesn't start at all, check motherboard for a short by unplugging the processor power cable (4 pin normally), and turn the computer on. If the fans start rotating, it is probably a short. If that isn't the problem, check for cables that should be connected, and test the processor in another computer. Hope it works (it did for me)
